Done for my final project for Community Practice: Capstone (DIDA 426). Worked with local community partner South Central Regional Information Center on analyzing their ticket data.

Utilized data cleaning and manipulation techniques in Power Query to visualize trends in ticket flows. Analyzed breakdown by service, ticket status, and school district revenue using Power BI figures.
